Country Epicure shares our experiences, our pleasures and our deceptions in restaurants and hotels, as well as our travels, from Broadway to Bhutan.
Its authors: 
to the right, Gary and Varian, are at home in both New York and the Côte d’Azur. We enjoy our travels near and far. Our blog can be useful as a guide for you, or your friends, to hotels or restaurants where we have been. Or, you may simply enjoy reading about our adventures in travel and dining. We are fortunate to be able to get out and about in interesting places. We are old enough to have opinions on almost anything and are not shy about expressing them.
On the right is a listing of our recent posts; you will probably want to start there. You will also see a “categories” listing of places with one or more of our blogposts. You should use these to find what is of most interest to you or simply to browse.
